I am a compassionate, Art Psychotherapist with a keen interest in using the creative process to help individuals facilitate self-healing and foster transformation in their lives.
I practice a flexible art psychotherapy approach to support individuals who desire therapeutic help including those diagnosed with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychotic disorders, and anxiety disorders. Additionally, I work with children experiencing emotional, behavioral, and self-esteem challenges. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where my clients can express what cannot be conveyed through words.
I also deeply value the importance of collaborating with teachers, social workers, doctors, and other professionals to better understand the needs of individuals and to create the most supportive environment for my clients’ mental well-being.
