Daily Lemons is an art therapy application that provides:

  • Daily creative exercises based on art therapy principles
  • AI-powered insights and personalized prompts
  • Access to licensed art therapists (premium feature)
  • Educational content about art therapy and mental wellness

3. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Important: Daily Lemons is a wellness tool and is NOT a substitute for professional mental health treatment. The Service:

  • Does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment
  • Is not intended for use in crisis situations
  • Should not replace therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care
  • Is designed to complement, not replace, professional support

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete registration information

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all artwork and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Age Restrictions

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. Users under 18 should have parental consent before using the Service.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions:

  • Automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Can be cancelled through your App Store settings
  • Are non-refundable except as required by law

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Lemons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
