About Chan,
Charlie is an ANZACATA registered art therapist graduated from LASALLE College of the Arts (Singapore). In her art therapy practice, she mainly adopts a person-centered psychodynamic approach. Besides, as a mindfulness practitioner, she enjoys integrating mindfulness elements in her practice. She had experience in working with elderlies living with physical conditions and dementia.
She’s actively working with social and private organizations to serve children and adolescents with special educational needs (SEN), trauma and mental health struggles. In 2022, she set up Souly Arts Studio to provide a non-judgemental creative space for children with SEN, emotional concerns and highly sensitive kids.
At Daily Lemons, Charlie contributes to the development of therapeutic exercises and ensures that all content is grounded in clinical best practices.
